BIO

A strong poet since the age of fourteen, Ken has many influences including Tupac Shakur, The Neptunes, The Beatles, and Alfred Hitchcock. Starting off as a poet and an aspiring rapper, Ken’s hunger to become an artist has grown more into film work, fashion, and music production. Ken discovered his talents during high school. He was raised well and disciplined, but slowly gained a reputation of being rebellious as he grew older. At this time, he started writing poems and raps in a notebook hidden under his bed after being heavily influenced by Tupac Shakur. Being restrained and restricted after losing the trust from his parents and going to jail, Ken spent most of his time reading books, drawing pictures, and writing poems after school during lock down. When Ken moved in with his grandparents in 2008, Ken discovered his talent for music — quickly learning how to play the piano using his ear rather than the theory he was taught at school. Ken began his study in music, becoming deeply obsessed with the Bee Gees, Queens, Phil Collins, Kenny Rogers, Stereolab, Daft Punk, and Boney James. Slowly as Ken started to grow as an artist, Alfred Hitchcock and the Twilight Zone series became a very familiar name. Short films and music videos eventually became a new inspiration for Ken. After graduating high school in 2010, Ken continued his educational journey into college focusing on film. Quickly dropping out of college shortly after, Ken now continues to pursue his dream career in film and music production. With a vast amount of experience with various artists and agencies, Ken presents all his clients with an artistic urban flavour of colours.
